Of happy times you make me think

Topping bagels, lox bring joy
Kiss of smoke will make it keep
Candy from the oceans deep
Sear it light, saute in pan
oven baked, a foolproof plan
Lemon, thyme, spiced or sweet,
All will give your tongue a treat
A single flaw which I can nag
The numbers on your price tag!
